I like this place. The food is tasty and reasonably priced.
They may have burger in their name, but their grilled chicken is significantly better. But then, I am kind of tired of ground beef in whatever firm, be it Angus, wagu, or grass fed. They can and do a great job on the spices and delicate flavors needed to make a chicken sandwich taste awesome. Thank you for a wonderful meal.
For those scanning reviews, here's the bottom-line: The Habit Burger Grill makes an absolutely delicious charbroiled hamburger. Stop by, and get one. Thank me later. For a bit of a backstory, I've been eating burgers ever since they became a reward from my father for me having mowed the lawns on Saturday mornings as a kid. Perhaps like you, I've been enjoying hamburgers from all over the place - fast food places, chain restaurants, vacation spots, mom & pop diners, greasy spoons, and even the Ritz Carlton. The Habit's charburgers have risen above all others. But, the Habit has got more than just straight charbroiled burgers. They've got specialty burgers. They've got chicken, Ahi tuna, veggie, and steak sandwiches. They've got tasty salads. They've even got grilled cheese sandwiches and chicken nuggets for the kids (and the kids in us). Here's what I like about the Habit Burger Grill: 1. The prices are easy on the wallet. 2. The service is fast & friendly (even when I just happen to randomly be wearing an In & Out burger T-shirt). 3. The food is delicious. 4. The menu offers multiple choices for those who like to experiment. 5. The seating area is kept clean, and they're quick to take care of messes. Because the Habit is has been building a loyal following, it can get pretty busy at lunchtime. In fact, so much so that it can be challenge grabbing a table at times. The Campbell location has no exterior tables. But, generally a short wait inside is all that it takes to get a table. I'd personally like to see the seating area enlarged in the Habit locations to accomodate more people during busy times. In wrapping it all up, the Habit Burger Grill has earned my highest recommendation. It's now officially my favorite burger place. Taste a charburger or grilled chicken salad, and you'll see why. Well you can find the Habit in different towns but the one right there at 2000 S Bascom Ave. is the best one by far. I have one in my hometown and i don’t think they are as great as the one on Bascom. They have great burgers and sandwiches they have fries and they have onion rings and the tempura green beans are great. I love the teriyaki chicken sandwich with grilled onions. And i can’t forget the drinks you have a variety to choose from i choose raspberry tea. This is the go to when i have Doctor appts. at VMC. If your ever in that area give it a try you wont be disappointed.
First visit to Habit, had a Golden Fried Chicken Sandwich combo with Avacado. Sandwich was excellent and Fries was pretty good too. Service was very quick and the location is very well maintained. Looking forward to trying other items on the Menu soon.
MY Favorite Burger Place so far!!! Top ☝️ with no doubt Even though the price has raised😭 Highly recommend: 1. Tempura Green Beans Best side ever! Very crispy outside but juicy inside! Must eat with the dipping sauce! Sooooo yummy😋 2. Crispy chicken sandwich 🥪 The buns are fresh made. The chicken is fried but not greasy. I love how crispy it is!!! 3. Char Burger🍔 You can tell the meat is fresh since it’s not as dry as some beef burgers. The patty is thick and juicy as well!
I love the location but however most people would find it a bit off. Its across Pruneyard with dark parking spaces at night. However that means parking is so much easier. They have more for pick up customers so the place is empty. Respect the Char! Charred burgers are the best. I also like that they kept the soda and condiments section clean.
Now Mexican In-N-Out Burger. I have to see habit if the next best burger man. I can get a kids meal burger and it still fill me up and those sweet potato fries. Oh my gosh they're to die for trust me go there
First visit to Habit Burger. Tried it because friends recommended highly and they were right. Courteous, helpful, and very pleasant counter guy took our orders. Menu is extensive and the food was way above average. Atmosphere is what I'd call 'Diner++', but a little noisy. Pretty good parking, too.
